Faculty, staff and students have new space for collaboration in McMurry Hall thanks to generous support from CHHS donors. The suite is equipped with furniture and technology that individuals and groups can use to spark new ideas, take projects in innovative directions and share progress with one another.
Two rooms in the suite have U-shaped tables with seating for six and mounted, large-screen displays at the end. Teams and individuals can leverage the power of a Mac Studio computer in each room for advanced data analytics and visualization. They can also use an “Owl” device in one room for conference calls with team members in other locations and use Bluetooth technology in either room so that attendees can share from their own devices. Comfortable seating throughout the space allows team members to relax and
chat informally.
