The National Council on Rehabilitation Education has named Noel Ysasi Rehabilitation Researcher of the Year for making a significant contribution to recent research in the field of rehabilitation education.
Ysasi has recently published research about counseling families of active duty military personnel; factors influencing hiring people with disabilities; employment of Latinos with disabilities; and life care planning.
He will receive the award during the NCRE’s annual conference in March.
