Megan Haduch, a second year graduate student in the speech-language pathology program, was inducted into the Alpha Eta Society recently.
Alpha Eta is an allied health honor society celebrating academic and clinical excellence. To be eligible, graduate students must have at least a 3.8 GPA and be nominated by clinical instructors for outstanding clinical performance. Haduch was honored for her 4.0 GPA and her outstanding work as a student clinician at the NIU Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic, Kishwaukee Hospital, Building Blocks Therapy, Wheeling High School, and the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab. She has also been involved in outreach with the Changing Children’s Worlds Foundation and the Illinois Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
