NIU alum Natalie Libot was featured in the January/February  issue of Chicago Parent magazine for her savvy parenting skills.

“We were handpicked to be featured in a piece about cabin fever busters,” said Libot, who graduated from the NIU’s College of Health and Human Sciences as a speech-language pathologist in 2010. “I am just so incredibly grateful and honored to share our fun activities with other Chicago families who have been going stir crazy during this pandemic.”

Libot shared parenting tips for staying active at home which ranged from cooking, crafting and other indoor adventures. When she’s not coming up with fun and creative activities to keep her three energetic boys busy, she’s working as a speech-language pathologist at a local high school.
