A new course, Geriatric Nutrition, FCNS 612 is offered this summer online. You’ll learn about the social, psychological and physiological interactions affecting nutrition in the older population. The course also offers opportunities to work with community organizations, and to participate as staff volunteers in an on-going program addressing elderly individual’s needs.
